Leadership Training - Arise and Shine
Holding Space for Safe Relational Leadership
This is a Leadership Training for those who carry responsibility for others: community organisers, teachers, faith and youth leaders, health and social workers, NGO staff, and anyone holding a group together.
We work through what actually happens between people — how trust is built, how conflict escalates, how repair works, and how a leader stays steady when a group is under strain. The day is conversational and practical rather than theoretical, and everything you take away can be used the following week.
You do not need any prior training, any qualification, or any connection to RelateFirst to attend.
Who this is for: Community organisers, teachers, faith-based leaders, church leaders, pastors and ministry leaders, youth leaders, health workers, social workers, NGO and charity staff, volunteers, community coordinators, workplace and team leaders, and anyone carrying responsibility for a group or community
